hey guys,
i got placed!!!!!!!!! yippee!!!!!!!!!!.......... finally i have a job. and this is also the time when the Chinese celebrate their new year.and that is a great celebration. it is like a dream when you see dragons coming to life. you see plenty of colours, crackers and Chinese celebrate it with food also.because like you & me they are also great foodie. and they should be. after all they have one of the most tasty cuisine in the world. trust me, m a lover of Chinese food. and other than my Bengali cuisine this was the one cuisine i knew from time to remember.
and the most interesting part of Chinese cuisine is that, it is fuss-free.because most of your work is done by those Chinese sauces. those are bottles of magic. and the recipe which i made today is easy, try it boys!!!! another excuse to get a kiss from ur grlfrnd!!!!!! here goes d recipe.
INGREDI@NTS:
boneless chicken: 200gm
cornflour 2 1/2 tsp
chopped ginger 1tsp
garlic 1tsp
chopped onions 1

rice wine/brandy 1 tbsp
hoyisin sauce 1 1/2tsp
soya sauce 2tsp

salt to taste
spring onions 3tbsp
seasme oil 1tbsp
pepper powder 1tsp+1tsp
vinegar 1tsp
METHOD:
so, now its up to you to try it, and as i always say, add your own touch to it. like add 2 dry red chillies with the ginger to make it spicy. and if you wanna make it easy, use chili oil or garlic oil. but since i love chopping, i never use those flavored oils. and sesame oil adds the different flavor. you can also put in some roasted seasme seeds.
serve with hot steamed rice.
try it 4 sure!!!!!!!!! and let me know. wll be back soon with other recipes.
