hey frnds,
m back frm my trip. it was awesome... actually it started in an awesum way... things got a bit low in between, and again my mood was gr8, except the horrible journey back home. i collected soo many new experiences and also quite a few new friends. and m really happy with these new additions. and at the same time discovered so many new eating places.
 lets start with BENGALURU, as it includes my friends.
 m soo happy to get back my friend after soo many years. was putting up with her brother & his friends... and they were awesum company, and it was like collecting parts of India and kept inside a room. and not only their company, i also got to sheww away my boredom, by cooking ofcourse, though at times it turned out to be a disaster.but those bunch of guys didn't complain at all. well, i made some normal recipes for them, most of the time managing with eggs. and i have promised them to send in some easy recipes. so lets get started with another  egg recipe, which is a southern delicasy,


  • eggs-                                       5nos
  • small onion                              200gm
  • garlic                                       4 flakes
  • ginger                                      1tsp
  • tomato                                     1
  • mustard seed                            1/2 tsp
  • urad dal                                    1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves                              1 sprig
  • chilli powder                             2tsp
  • coriander powder                      1tsp
  • chicken powder                         2tbsp
  • turmeric powder                         a pinch
  • salt                                             to taste
  • oil                                              to taste


  • boil eggs for 5mins and then de-shell them.
  • peel & semi-grind d small onion
  • grind garlic & ginger & make a paste. keep it aside. cut tomato into small pieces.
  • heat oil in a pan. add mustard seeds, urad dal & fry till it splutters.
  • add curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste & fry for a minute.
  • then add onions & fry till it becomes light brown.
  • add tomato and fry till it turns soft. then add the chilli-coriander-chicken-turmeric powder & fry till the raw smell goes.
  • once raw smell goes, add a cup of water & salt.
  • finally add eggs & let it come to a boil for once.
  • itzz ready... serve HOT!!!!!!!!!!

well, for me, i generally shallow fry d boiled eggs, with a pinch of salt & turmeric powder to get rid of the whiteness & get it more into the curry way.

Cooking is something that is not only a passion, but a big de-stressing factor for me. as the in which i am, is tiring... and i need to follow a hectic schedule. but amidst all these cooking is like a gust of fresh wind, gives me inspiration and the energy to carry on with the hectic schedules. i love spicy food, but since i got a new microwave, m also trying my hands at baking. well cookies, specially the chocolate ones are a favourite of my frnds, & me 2. another favourite desert is d black forest cake. but i find it difficult to follow any recipe of any chef completly.
this is because, cooking is a very personal thing for me. so, i try to personalise every recipe, and make my version of it. but not to worry, while i publish the recipe i will give the original one, and will also explain the ways, how i have personalised it.
